We are not responsible for any loss or damage due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters or terrorism. In such events, we may cancel or postpone the conference.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for flight cancellations or natural disasters. However, registered delegates may transfer their registration fees and accommodation charges to future conferences.

To cancel your registration, please submit a written request. The following conditions apply:

  • Email communication is required for cancellations.
  • Full refund (minus $150 admin fee) if canceled 4 months before start date.
  • Half refund if canceled 3 months before start date.
  • No refund if canceled within 2 months of start date.
  • Registrations are transferable (credit shell).
  • Accommodation booked through us is refundable before 15 days.
  • Accommodations are transferable to colleagues.
